The short answer
ONA works on one area of your life at a time: score eight areas, pick one, set a small goal for 7 days and do one small thing a day. Most of the apps here track many habits at once, That Girl hands you routines to follow, and Her 75 runs a 75-day checklist. The table says who each is better for. Every fact about another app comes from its own store pages, read in September 2026, and ONA’s row is what the app does today.
